You must provide truthful and current information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Contact support@vibeflowai.site immediately for security issues.
When connecting Facebook/Instagram accounts:
You authorize VibeFlow AI to access and manage your pages, ads, and content.
We will not share, resell, or misuse your Meta data.
You may revoke access anytime through Meta Business settings.
You agree not to:
Monthly subscription model
Advanced features included
Enterprise-level access
Fees are billed in USD or equivalent currency
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal date
No refunds are issued for partial months of service
All rights to the Platform, features, and AI models belong to XSUSTAIN SARL.
Content you create via VibeFlow AI remains your property.
You grant us license to store and process content for service provision only.
Your data is collected and used according to our Privacy Policy.
We comply with Meta API policies and ensure secure data storage.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
"As Is" Service
VibeFlow AI is provided without warranty of uninterrupted service.
Exclusions
We are not responsible for downtimes, API limitations, or losses from misuse.
Liability Cap
Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms or third-party platform policies
Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia.
Any disputes shall be settled before the competent courts in Tunisia.
